Do I have to order online?

No, you can order over the phone by calling (800) 682-3186. We're happy to take your order and answer any questions you might have.

I live pretty close to your warehouse, could I pick up my order there rather than pay for shipping online?

Of course! When checking out, select In House Pickup and we'll send you an email when your order is ready. Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm, so please be sure you're available at those times.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, orders are ready the next business day. Most packages will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after ordering. Normally, but depending on your location, each labels ships as 2 Day Priority by the USPS.

What payment options do you offer?

Online, all major credit cards are accepted. If you order over the phone, you pay when you pick up. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards in our office, as well as cash or check.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No. You can order as little or as much as you'd like. Keep in mind, shipping costs do increase as the weight of your order increases.

I'm having a party, and I want to buy candy for favors/candy tables, How do I go about ordering large quantities?

If you have need of large quantities, please give us a call at (800) 682-3186. We are more than happy to help you pick the candies you need and help you get an order together. Typically, we are also about to give you a bulk discount since the cost of labor is cut out of the process. Be prepared in advance with back up items just in case and item you want is out of stock. We recommend that you call at least two weeks in advance. We also recommend that you pick up your order at our offices to protect you from paying the shipping prices.

Where are your offices located?

Our address is 11 Beverly Beach Road Brick, NJ 08724. Google places us on Herbertsville road.

Please use these directions:
 If you are coming from Rt. 70, turn (or take the jug handle) onto Herbertsville road. Beverly Beach Road is a right-hand turn less than a mile down the road. It is immediately past Godfrey Lake and The Herbertsville Deli (which is on your left). Our warehouse is the second building on the left, just after the house on the corner.

 If you are coming from the Parkway South, take exit 91 toward Pt. Pleasant. Once on the road, at the light, make a slight right turn onto Burnt Tavern Road. This will take you over the parkway. At the second light (a large intersection with a 7-eleven on one corner and a Gulf gas station on another) pass through the intersection and take the jug handle to merge onto Burrsville/Lanes Mill Rd. Continue straight through the intersection. Take Lanes Mill Rd. to the end where it runs into Herbertsville. Make a right. Just past the next light (Maple Ave.) there will be a left turn (Beverly Beach Road). Our warehouse is the second building on the left, just after the house on the corner.

 If you are coming from the Parkway North, use exit 90. Immediately after the exit pass through the light and take the jug handle. Make a left onto Chambersbridge Road. Take this road straight until its intersection with Burnt Tavern Rd. (you cannot go straight.), and then make a slight right turn.  This will take you over the parkway. At the second light (a large intersection with a 7-eleven on one corner and a Gulf gas station on another) pass through the intersection and take the jug handle to merge onto Burrsville/Lanes Mill Rd. Continue straight through the intersection. Take Lanes Mill Rd. to the end where it runs into Herbertsville. Make a right.
